Specifications Green Olives with its natural bitterness removed using alkaline on the Spanishway and characterized by acidity and appetizing to be stored in sealed cans and other largesize.
Salt   2 to 6% depending on the thermal treatment – PH not more than 4.5.
Contents Green olives (Egyptian) – water (potable water) – salt (Egyptian – sea salt) – lactic acid (Spanish) and acetic (Egyptian – Alhwamedia company) and citric (Chinese) potassium sorbate (Chinese) – Ascorbic acid (Italian).
Instructions     for use To be Stored in a dry and well-ventilated area and keep it in refrigerator for a maximum of 7 days after opening
Packing Method to be sealed in containers under normal conditions and pasteurization.
Principal Usage to be used as appetizers.
Alternative Use to be added to bakery or meat products (Luncheon) and (Cheese).
Validity one to three years.

Store Method In normal conditions not required to be stored in refrigerants.
